Even on a Sunday and Christmas day, she was quick to reply and incredibly helpful, honest, and polite. She did an excellent job making our stay enjoyable.

Breakfast delights could be improved with clearer directions for collecting the keys and finding the parking space. The door key systems were frequently not working, and sometimes we were given the wrong code.

Outdoor Pool: The highlight of our stay was definitely the outdoor pool. It was like swimming in pure bliss, surrounded by the luscious garden and soaking up the sun. It felt like a slice of paradise right at our fingertips.

Confusing Key System: The only minor hiccup was the confusing key system. Finding our parking space and figuring out the door codes was quite the adventure.

This place is a great spot to unwind and enjoy the attractions in the area.

I absolutely loved the decoration of the hotel's general areas. The floral artwork and soft colors throughout the hotel made me feel like I was staying in a relaxing garden oasis. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated how accessible the hotel was. The ramps and handrails made it easy for me to navigate the hotel, and the elevators were a blessing for my tired legs. It was such a relief to find a hotel that catered to the needs of senior people like myself.

My only request for a better vacation for senior people would be for the staff to be more attentive and helpful. Sometimes, it felt like the children working there were too busy or didn't understand the unique needs of senior guests.
